Hi all! Well the summer is just flying by! A couple weeks ago I jetted down to Austin Texas (in the blazing heat and humidity) and attended the annual National Association of Catering Executives Conference. The conference was a blast (how can it not be when, even at breakfast, you can spike your juice with a bit of vodka...?)!
